| Any for-profit business or non-profit daycare establishments. | ||

| Machinery and equipment, working capital, or leasehold improvements. Loan proceeds can not be used for client owned real estate purchase or improvements. | ||

| Loans can range from $2,500 up to $35,000. | ||

| The interest rate will be fixed at 8% for the life of the loan. | ||

| Up to three (3) years for working capital; up to six (6) years for machinery & equipment or leasehold improvements. | ||

| Equity (cash) into the project by the borrower ranges from 5% to 50%, based on the quality of the collateral. | ||

| The SBA Microloan does not have any job creation criteria associated with the loan. | ||

| SEDA-COG charges a 1% assessment on the loan; ½ is due at the time of application (non-refundable), and ½ is due at loan commitment (non-refundable). A loan servicing assessment of $100 per year will be charged for SEDA-COG services, which will include training, counseling, and loan administration. |
